RETURNS / REFUNDS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return and receive a refund in original form of payment. 

After 14 days we cannot offer a refund, but we can offer a store credit for a future purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or a store credit the merchandise must be shipped back to us in the same condition in which it was received.   All items must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, deodorant, makeup, perfume, and pet hair free condition.

Shoes must be returned in the original box, without any form of damage to the box.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are allowed withing 7 days of purchase.  Due to the limited quantities per style, we cannot always guarantee an exchange.  The best way to ensure you to get what you want is to notify us right away and return the item(s) that didn’t work.  Once we have the item(s) in hand and accepted the return, we will pull the correct size or item and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

EXCEPTIONS

No returns, refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise or special order items.

To begin a return, you can email us at bransonfashionhouse@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us before requesting a return will not be accepted.  You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item.

 

SHIPPING

Orders over $250.00 are FREE shipping. 

Orders below $250.00 are charged shipping according to UPS shipping rates.  Returns: You are responsible for the shipping charge on items you return.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email for your order to be processed.

 

SALES TAX

We are required by the law to collect 10.35% sales tax on all sales including telephone and online orders shipped within the state of Missouri.

Orders shipped outside the state of Missouri are not charged sales tax.
