Ivy Jane

In 1986 I took deep breath, took a leap of faith and took a chance – I started my fashion design firm. The dream had been in my head seemingly forever and I guess I felt 1986 was right time to do it. I certainly felt the inspiration to do it then.

So, what continues to inspire me today to design Ivy Jane Clothes?  Just about anything and everything. Something I saw in a movie or heard in a song. Something romantic from long ago in a vintage shop or something colorfully quirky I just saw on the street. The fun is to mix-up all that inspires me to give the clothes their own identity.
