Payment: We accept credit cards over the phone (Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express) or we will accept personal check.

Shipping: We will ship your order as soon as your payment has been received. We ship orders by Priority Mail and should be delivered within 3-5 business days.

Shipping Charges: Items that will fit in a priority Floppy Envelope: $7.00 Shipping Charge. Items that will fit in a priority Box: $14.00 shipping charge.

Sales Tax: We are required by the law to collect 9.6% sales tax on all sales including telephone and internet orders shipped within the state of Missouri.

Returns: We understand mail-order items may not be exactly what you were expecting. If you need to exchange an item for size, color, or something else, please send the merchandise back to the address below (within 10 days of receiving the item) with a note letting us know what you would like and we will gladly exchange the item for you and send it out as soon as possible. Shipping charges may be charged for exchanges, unless the item is defective or a problem occurred as a result of the company. Refunds will be given when merchandise is returned in new condition within 10 days of receiving the shipment. Merchandise must be in NEW condition with the tags atttached to receive a full refund. shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed.
